FAQ

"Do you have more than what is shown on the site?"

We are online only with few appearances at local cons and shows, all of which would be posted on our facebook or sent in our newsletters. All available merchandise is shown on our website. We do not keep backstock, and all returns are put back up on the site as soon as we receive them. If it is not shown on our site, then unfortunately we do not currently have it available.

Many of our items sell out quickly and cannot be re-ordered, so to ensure that you are able to get the size or style that you are looking for, please be sure to purchase items when you see them available.

"Are you planning on selling other items, like shoes in the future?"

That is definitely something we would like to carry soon! We are working with a lot of vendors right now to ensure we have everything in place to bring you new, fun and fashionable footwear within the near future. In fact, that is something we're hoping add sooner rather than later!

"How about men's stuff?"

Eventually we would also like to sell men's clothing as well. That is also something on the drawing board for the future, but definitely at a later date.

"Why does the color I received look different than the picture?"

All computer monitors show color differently. We calibrate colors to appear accurately on our monitors, but we cannot guarantee that the color will appear the same on your screen. If in doubt, please refer to the product description for additional color information. We will do our best to take additional pictures of items that seem noticeably 'off' as soon as we are able.

"How do I make a return or exchange?"

We offer returns and exchanges on unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags unremoved. Swimsuits, swim bottoms and any kind of hosiery are non-returnable. All sales are final for sale section products. Sale section items can be returned for store credit or exchange.

Upon receipt and review of the return, you will be emailed with a confirmation of receipt as well as status of the refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred to send the item(s) back to Open Grave Clothing, unless the return is due to our error. All exchanges are shipped out free of charge. 

Please contact ASAP after your order arrives - or at least within 14 days of delivery - to start the return process an receive authorization for the return or exchange.

"Is there an 800 number I can call?"

Since we are a small independent company with no phone operators, we currently handle all customer service inquiries via email at this time. We do our best to respond to all emails within 24 hours. However, you can instantly find answers to the most commonly asked questions in this FAQ.

"Can you make an exception to your policies this time?"

In order to ensure that all of our customers are treated equally, and no one gets treated unfairly, we do not make random exceptions to the policies we have posted on our site.
