All items for return must be unused with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging - items must be in the same condition as received.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you want to exchange or return your order please e-mail: email@example.com with your name, order number and address details to arrange.
Exchange/Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 35 days in the case of international orders.
Please note: You are responsible for return postage. We advise you send all items by using tracking and insurance, as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned. Once we have received the item back in sellable condition, including in its original packaging and all tags attached, we can either exchange or refund your order. Please be aware that we will not refund the original shipping charges in any instance other than an item being proved to be faulty.
